filePro Meeting Ground Rules
Since this is an open forum meeting and not a series of
presentations, with 20-25 people attending, there may be mass chaos if
ground rules are not agreed upon. We suggest these rules be followed
for the sake of order:
1. Please leave all negativity behind. There is plenty to be negative
about, but let’s agree to focus on the positive.
2. There will be a moderator for the group. The moderator will
designate who has the floor in the discussion, and this person will be
allowed to speak uninterrupted. The moderator will call on the next
speaker, and the previous speaker will yield the floor when asked to.
3. For courtesy’s sake, please be brief and stay on topic.
4. We will attempt to stick to the agenda, but it might be difficult.
A majority vote from the group can decide to continue a discussion in
lieu of the next session.
5. Please do not discuss filePro’s management or marketing in the
group meetings.
6. These are intellectual
verbal discussions, not video presentations. Visual presentations can
be done in the break out groups.
Goals
of the Meeting
- To meet and get to know others in the filePro community so that we
can be more cohesive and effective as a group, and to facilitate helping
each other with technical issues.
- To gather data so that we may make
business decisions on a future course of action using the filePro
product.
-To come up with a list of necessary
features for a quick new filePro release to generate quick income for
fPTech. Also to come up with a list of necessary features should fPTech
fold.
- To explore the forming of partnerships and collaborations. |
